The one thing in life I get severe cravings for apart from white wine is......curry. Have just put half-fat curry sauce (I'm no chef; only cooking it for myself so want it easdy!) on my shopping list.....do it on prawns with letteuce???? No pilau, no naans (actually you can buy diet versions of those too; sorted!).

PIR thanks for asking....yeah he dropped the money in this morning. Thank goodness I sort-of know him; his daughter is at school with mine! So I knew he's a nice chap & would be honest about it. Lucky me; lesson learnt! (erm.......)

When you update tomorrow 40sm pls put me down for 2 days af, safe now wiv my cuppa.

Hope everyone else ok tonight x

Due to being a bit bored and mega clear mind I have popped backwards on the thread to add up the total amount of AFD for 09

Fedup's total of AFD 09 is 153/183 days, leaving only 30 days drunk on out of 183 days. dancing.gif

A world record for me in the last 3+ years after various things affected my mental state to a low point at which I didn't drink heavily or often but on the road to 'recovery' I did increasingly more often to 4/7 days ratio.

Without stumbling upon you guys on here I am not sure if I would have achieved this or had the motivation to do it either!
So many thanks for all the HSchat.gif that have helped blissysmile.gif

All the talk of choccie has made me want some, do you? HSluvchoc.gif

Off for a hot choccie soon!

Just re read my original post when I found this thread - I've come a long way from there 6mths later.

I feel my attitude to drinking has changed over the last 6mths and I am feeling much more in control and less moody and more positive :D;)

HEY FUAS - well done - I would add my days up but I don't think they'd be very good :(

Anyways - I survived the supermarket at night time woooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooo

This is not often or normal but we did need some bits and works been chaos so no sneaking out during the day when its not WINE DANGERTIME

So now I have toasty tasty prawns in the oven instead of a bottle of wine.

    Hurray

    40SM - 2 for me today :)
    PJ's on
Shops close in 1 hour precisely not going out again

Did a bit more out side tonight after tea - rewarding but tiring - tidied out the greenhouse and the potting shed  I thnk theres a rat in there but not convinced so I have given it a good clean and will see if there is one.

    Waves to you all :)

:Twell done fedupski for this year!!

& annie. & all other number twos (oh dear....)

115k & GG how are you both tonight?

omg all I can find to watch on tv is auf wiedersehen pet which I used to LOVE but it hasn't dated well, think I'll go to bed with book.

Blood doning tomorrow morning, hope I'm OK to do it after my very bad 4 1/2 months; got turned down once before for low iron count & they asked if I'd been "burning the candle at both ends"; that was years ago! Still, if they reject a pint of wb finest it might be a nudge to get myself checked out with GP (115k I'm avoiding it for the same reason as you quite a few pages back now, being told off for the repeat visit).

Hope you're not worrying too much Jo.

oo just caught your post Fay, think I'll join you in the pjs, iyswim!

One more cuppa, goodnight all x sleep well the insomniacs
