15th day AF for me today.

The party was a nightmare today. I felt like punching anyone that came near me with a drink in their hand.:mad: People were smoking as it was in a back garden and I have had an on again off again love affair with fags too but I kept away from them too. I should feel pleased with myself for resisting but all I kept thinking about on the way home was why am I giving up when it's so much fun to drink and smoke.:o:rolleyes:

Hopefully I will be more cheerful tomorrow.

It is tough going to parties etc and not drinking and perhaps you will give yourself a pat on the back tomorrow coz you deserve it. Well done and looking at your stats you have almost beaten your previous AF days so far, which is incredible, so well done you. :j Too often we berate ourselves and focus on the negative side of things, i hope at some point you will be able to look back on today and celebrate coz it is an achievement. Another AF in the bag as well
