Hi everybody
Oh dear, had my usual bottle of wine because it was Saturday night. Managed to wait until two of the 3 teenagers were safely back home - why didn't I just go to bed and not bother? I don't drink during the week unless completely desperate, which doesn't happen as often as it used to. So easily have 6 AFDs then always fall into this trap on a Saturday night. And I even look forward to my wine on a Sat night - DH does the same thing. Unfortunately I only had 3 AFDs during this week because I was so stressed with teenage exam moodswings, and DH being stressed too. I'm determined to have nothing now until next Sat - when I'll just try not to have a full bottle of wine!!!
Good luck everybody, you all seem like such lovely people!!! Think I'll go and get something really yummy for tomorrow's tea from M&S, going out for lunch today with DH and the 3 teenage DDs, which should be pleasant. I never drink at lunch time (used to when I was in my 20s, but now 50 and can't cope!!)Total AFD's May-December 2009: 178 ie 73% of total days (245 days)
Target January: 25 actual: 24 Target Feb: 22 actual 22 Target March: 26 Actual: 24 Target April: 25 Actual: 50 -

Enjoy your lunch PIR and good luck for the week, keep popping in to tell us how you're doing. Have you joined our May Challenge? I'm sure Budgie will be more than happy to add you if you would like to pledge your number of AF days for May?

Yes, I have joined the challenge. My target is 24 AFDs, but Budgie has posted it as 16 - please will you increase that? Don't want to be tempted to only do 16!!!:jTotal AFD's May-December 2009: 178 ie 73% of total days (245 days)
