Sorry about the lighting, its a bit dark here today. This is the 80's pine dresser I bought from a charity warehouse for £85. My Step Dad painted it with Laura Ashley paint and stained the top of the dresser base. I'm really pleased with it!“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

i am doing the prep work on one just now, and i love it0 -
I was just trying to upload to photobucket but thats turning out to be a pain.
Thanks midnightraven, the paint is Laura Ashley pale linen. I'm not sure how durable its going to be as their paint is water based. I've had it in my dining room since November and its been fine.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0 -

hmmmmwater based wont be any good for me
this one will be used everyday, and needs to stand up to that

I would maybe try a farrow and ball paint then or any other eggshell finish. There are quite a few painted ones on Ebay that tell you which paint they used.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0
