I've got both - 'Make' should really be called 'embellish' as it is more about adding decoration to things. Includes a plain cream cotton bag to decorate
'Sew' is better for actually creating something as it has patterns & also comes with a ready cut out small shoulder bag to sew
No need to pay top dollar, see Amazon prices:

Tesco have some nice CK style notebooks at the mo. I picked one up today which has strawberries on the front and a little pink one. Very cute!Cos I don't shine if you don't shine.0

The "mini dolls houses" are actually bird houses for the garden - I thought they were great, wouldn't mind having a couple in our garden but couldn't quite justify it at the moment.
I got the Cath Kidston MAKE book out of my library - very meh, I thought. Basic, basic stuff and, to be honest, the only thing that made it look anything like decent was the fabric.
.
I completely forgot about my library - I'm normally so good at remembering to go in for books for my course - forgot they also do non-fiction books
The mini doll houses didn't have any openings for birds to go in though?
Oh, and Lewis's in Liverpool now have 10% of Le Crueset stuff - only had the black/navy left though

Perhaps I saw different ones. The ones I saw had windows for openings - I suppose nesting boxes rather than bird houses might sum them up better.0 -
They would have made cute bird houses though so I'm going to go back and have a proper look - it doesn't make sense that they would have no purpose because they weren't *that* pretty - I'm not in Liverpool for another three weeks though and bet they will have sold out by then!

Anyone liking traditional patchwork style bedspreads and pillow shams. They're featured in Aldi's April 1st email newsletter. In different colours and sizes starting at £14.99. Not sure if this is where to post it but thought that 'old fashioned' fans might like them...:o
I posted this on another thread and have been advised to post on here...hope that it's right:)The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.
