If you have a Wilkinson's near you, I picked up a very cheap notepad this morning with butterflies on it. They had some lovely designs but if they are not vintage enough for you, you can get some paper from hobbycraft and cover it - I got a sheet covered in vintage roses for about 60p, works out alot cheaper than the Kath Kidston one, lovely as it is, it's alot for a notebook xI have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

Forgot to say I got a big tea cup from Dunelm mill with a rose pattern on it, it's so cute even though we don't need any more mugs I couldn't resist it! Only £1.49 too. I have to accessorise with the shabby chic as h2b thinks it's old fashioned xI have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

Hello!!!! Post some pics of your house if you like, I love to have a look at everyone's stuff (might start doing this myself) xoIf you have a Wilkinson's near you, I picked up a very cheap notepad this morning with butterflies on it. I wish we had Wilkinson's here! That sounds gorgeous.
I do like Cath Kidston but I think I prefer Gisela Graham, some CK designs are a bit rubbish tbh. It's just the antique rose stuff that I like, the rest I could take or leave.
Anyway! I was in Avoca at lunchtime (v. posh and beautiful shabby chic heaven http://www.avoca.ie/) drooling over all the lovely CK stuff and all their other stuff, wish I could afford to kit my entire house out in Avoca! But on the way home I popped into the charity shop and got a beautiful glazed stoneware pot for utensils (50p!) and a set of 6 beautiful red short-stemmed glasses which will be fab for desserts (£3!). Am all happy now.
I so have to post pics.

I bought a cream heart shaped Le Creuset ramekin for £4.99 in TK Maxx - I looked for another one on Ebay but they were selling for £14.99! I'll just have to keep an eye out in TK Maxx for another one. I looked in the Le Creuset outlet in Cheshire Oaks too but they didn't have heart shape ones, only large heart shaped casseroles which were a lot more expensive.“I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”
