Thanks to wssla00 for some lovely wallpaper to make my notebook with, you are a star, do let me know if you want to swap for soap as mentioned...

This is a (really) daft question but how do I know if our hob is electric, induction, ceramic or halogen?
It has some burnt on marks that I am finding hard to remove but I don't want to use the wrong product on it...
Also interested in buying the 'similar to LeCreuset' pots from Tesco Finest but it says suitable for all but not induction... I am pretty sure mine is ceramic as it isn't that modern (has knobs on the front rather than next to the heat source) but wanted to check with you all!

  • I was thinking to buy a nice notebook to use as a household log, ie, note anytime anything breaks or gets replaced/ work done etc, so that when we come to sell we have an immediate log of what buyers might want to know dates wise..
Any recommendations from a shop online that might do pretty notebooks in a shabby style? Rustic Angels have some but a bit pricey at £9.95 plus postage...

    Just found this thread :)

Saw this on ebay just now - NOT my listing lol just hought fitted the bill

    That's lovely :T fab OH!

If anyone likes those but wants a cheaper option...I got a set of 2 red heart shaped ramekins, like the ones in tara's link but minus the lids, for £3 from Tesco's valentine's section. I'm guessing they'll be cheaper now too, as all the packaging said 'to my valentine' :A

I can't help either but why not try googling the make of your hob/cooker.
  • Hi there. This is one of my first posts but it's something I think you'd all like to know. Not too sure if someone has posted this already but......

Amelia Patch Double Duvet set is currently £7.24 on the tesco website.

I'm not encouraging you to spend money but I thought it was a good deal and it's so shabby chic/cath kidston.:D
As my dad always used to say 'Just because you've got the money doesn't mean to say you have to spend it all at once'
