I'm still undecided about the glass door. I don't want it to be a display cabinet so I could put wallpaper behind the leaded glass, or replace with persepex and put paper behind, or the cheapest option would be to cover a bit of cardboard or hardboard with wallpaper and pop that in instead, but for now it's considered finished.
How about hanging a curtain behing the glass. It wouldn't take too much fabric as you don't need to gather it much. Fix a net curtain wire and thread it through the top of the curtain.
Does that make sense .......Not sure but I think so!!0 -

I can't remember who used some transfer/decal type things a while ago, I think it was a coat peg thing made out of a scrap of wood.
Anyway I think they sounded like they use these a fair bit and wanted some info on suppliers and what type to go for.

:hello: Can I peek out of lurkdom? I am a shabby chic wannabe and I just love this thread! Thank you so much to everyone who posts pictures as I find them very inspirational.
I am in the process of shabby chic-ing up our bedroom at the moment, but have a teeny budget to do it so it's all baby steps! We already have a fab bed and some lovely bedding (very CK but actually from Tesco), and lots of furniture which I am planning to transform :rotfl:.
