    Kayleigh

Having also suffered, I found that in the darkest times having something - however small - that made me feel good was like a little speck of bright light. For me it was seeing my dog Charlie each day, opening the door to his happy face and the way he snuggled up to me was so comforting.

It's possible to just do a tiny amount of volunteering - even an hour a week - so perhaps try that to see how you get on? What would you like to do - there are huge varieties of things you can volunteer with.

Bizarrely for someone so unfit as myself, I always fancied having a go on one of those volunteer weekends where you re-build stone walls out in the countryside. I once did a morning with BTCV clearing holly etc in a really overgrown woodland area as part of a project when I was doing PR in one of my jobs. It was surprisingly (for me!!) really enjoyable.

    Try a charity shop kayleigh?

I also used to find it helpful to go to the Library and study rather then do it at home and try and treat it like a job.

    am so sleepy.

got to find a good cheap small suitcase to take to work. my shopping trolley thing has split.

    was thinking Tescos?

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
