Thanks Bookie, missed you too. 2 weeks to go until the cottage on the edge of the beach in Northumberland and isolation for a week! Cant wait.

Sounds idyllic Pepe. My sort of holiday.

How far did you go Linda - Bookie doesn't do metric and ain't about to start!

Make sure you have your waterproofs on then Pepe if you are in a puddle! Thanks for your congrats :)

Linda, make sure you get your gait done if possible so that they are correct for your style - you probably know this already though

I'm going down to a place in town that has you running on a treadmill for a few minutes while they scan to see if your feet turn in or out etc... Is that it?

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    You've been missed :D

I was only thinking about an hour ago whilst doing the washing up (as you do!) that I hadn't seen you around and wondered if you were doing mega awful hours or something this week.

Thanks BB ( and Lenny and Linda ) . Steeyoopid hours, not even had time to walk the dog most days.
Its nice to get the pay, but there are limits:confused:.
I know I shouldn't be complaining as there are plenty out of work or doing the same job as me for half the money, but....

    Sounds blissful Pepe!
    Hope you get lovely weather,
It was gorgeous when we were up there 2 weeks ago.

Dont care if it snows! Its a tiny place called Goswick, one road leading into it and straight on to the beach. 50 yards of dunes behind cottage then just sand, sand, sand to Holy Island.

Hope you've got some time off this weekend Pepe. What happened with the rescue dog?

This is moving far too fast for an ancient prude eating Shepherd's pie with 1 hand!:rotfl:
