Kayliegh, recognising what ( or when ) causes you to feel at your worst is a good sign.........its what Cognitive Therapy is based upon. So now you can build on that.
My probs come when I'm overtired, I can be v unreasonable, judgemental and agressive......thats why I've been avoiding the Boards recently.

Thanks Lenny, I covered up the screen of the treadmill so I wasn't distracted or disappointed by the numbers, found my pace and just sank into it and enjoyed the music.
I feel fantastic for getting through that 5k barrier.

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
