    Thanks, I just need to start running outside now.
    I'm going to get some new running shoes tomorrow because the ones I have are a year old and my toe (the one I broke a few years ago and is now arthritic) was hurting towards the end.

    Linda, make sure you get your gait done if possible so that they are correct for your style - you probably know this already though

    Buffy, have you got an Instore nearby, my mum was looking at cases and they are reasonable.
