Hahaha, thanks - Ryan has already questioned why I'm not eating - I didn't know what to say really. :o He doesn't miss anything that kid.

You are eating. Just in a different way.

Talking of my little monkey, I've just had a phonecall from school to say he's had a superb morning, his behaviour has been fantastic and he's finished all his work. :):):)

That's really good news...well done him...

sounds like my OH Sammy - he'll walk in with something like 'did you mean to fridge door open?' when I'm standing about 3 feet away with something fridge related in my hand . I just smile and pointedly go 'good evening?'

"Yes. My friends say lights dim when you walk past, and I was just seeing if they were having me on."

I'm trying to decide whether to go for a run. I'm very light-headed and lacking in energy though. I can't decide whether a run would be a very bad idea and I should wait till I'm in ketosis and feeling a bit better, or whether a run might help!

I'm so bored I'm even thinking about walking to the shop for a magazine - I gave up magazines when I became a DFW!! They were one of my spending diary shockers! :o

I've usually left for the school run by now, but Miss Twit has a dentist appointment at 8.30.
