    Well done Spud!! I somehow didn't see your post, 5lbs is fantastic!

    I think tonight could be a bit of a danger point for me. I'm on my own, the kids have gone out, my TV doesn't work, I don't smoke, I'm not allowed to drink, I have nothing to do......the only thing standing between me and a chinese take-away is you guys and a choc-orange shake. :o
