I fell off the diet wagon as well over this weekend but have done much better today. This week I'm still the same weight  and I'm really angry with myself for pigging out grrrrrr. I must be gaining muscle instead of losing fat because my clothes are feeling looser and I feel lighter and better in myself, still a long way off being able to bare all in my bikini though. :rotfl:
Back to the dvds again, I'm not working until late afternoon tomorrow so I have plenty of time for exercise beforehand. All the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person...

Weigh day today & I lost 1lb, not bad but must try harder. I've got a gazelle , & each day I promise myself I'm going to use it everyday! But each day it never moves!
Don't know what else to say, other than good luck to everyone0 -

Well done shapeshifter!!! Try carrying half a bag of sugar around for a day - and it'll put that 1lb into perspective!!
Eh - I'm maybe being a bit dense - but what's a "gazelle"?

Well hello, hello lovely losers!!
How are we all today? This thread seems to have gotten a wee bit quieter of late!!
Well - I did it!!! I finally ventured onto the treadmill last night (drum roll please!!!) and I ran for a grand total of 18 mins 40 secs!! (OK, so actually the first 2 mins I was walking!). Not a major achievement I know - but for me it's pretty massive!! I have proper issues with running - I've almost built it into a phobia - and was convinced I wouldn't even last mins - so I'm pretty pleased with myself!
Plus - I didn't even feel as though I wanted to die afterwards or anything!! :rotfl:
I still weighed in at 9stone 12 this morning!!:D:D Nothing more off - but at least it's not going on!! I need to lose 1 lb per week between now and Mexico though if I've any hope of hitting target - and I'll be majorly disappointed with myself if I don't!!
How's everyone doing with eating/exercising today? I'm not too bad so far, weetabix for brekkie (my new fav - since it seems to fill me up right 'til lunch!!) and a banana as a snack! lunch - hhhhhmmmmm - who knows! I need to head out and buy it - so here's hoping my will power holds up!!

CWM.com well done you on getting on the treadmill (and you were right to walk to start with! I hope you did at the end as well?)
I am going to Boots at the weekend to get weighed on their machine (having remembered to weigh my clothes and trainers before I go! I weigh in the buff at home and I don't think Boots is quite ready for that :rotfl:), so that will let me know how MUCH over 22 stone I am , but I am going to blast the blubber!
Hmm must remember on Saturday to start off the next thread!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Pint and a half of beer last night, evening out, about 270 calories I don't need *sigh*. There has been so many events this month. And Thursday night I'm out with a business associate who likes his beer and curry
. Anyone know of anything low calorie on an Indian Restuarant menu that still looks like a meal and not a starter?
Will weigh myself this eveing, I'm guessing 1lb loss instead of the usual 2lbs or may be no loss at all. Not to worry, keep at it, just means it will take a little longer to get to the long term target weight.0 -

hhhhmmmm - no - I had a wee seat on one of the weight machines to get my breath back!
I did then walk to the car though!
Good luck with the WI Dragon - and you're right - I think they might get a bit of a shock if you turned up in Boots in the buff!
you've got the right attitude though - keep on in there and you'll be a skinny minny in no time!
How are you getting on with the eating? Are you getting enough calories into you?

Can you post a link to it on the end of this thread so I can find it?
