Tamazapan asked " u been funny there !!!! its £195 to change the parties on a morgage!!! "
What I mean is it sounds as though you have to stay on the mortgage, NR won't play ball. You therefore are still liable for the mortgage - so start paying what you agreed to do when you took out the loan in the first place..
Or did I misunderstand something about the terms of the NR mortgage..
Cheers!

Maybe two guys are not seen as 'safe' as a 'couple'.... statistically? I.e most guys sharing wont be 'a couple' but friends with different lives and different aims after 5 years.0 -

Why should she pay anything artfulldodger? She is no longer living there, so her ex and his friend can make the payments.
NR won't make the transfer mybe because of his credit rating or maybe on principle they won't if in negative equity?
You need to speak to a lawyer, bacuse at the moment you are fully liable for a property in negative equity and still sinking.I am a Mortgage Adviser

Tell your Ex that its time to swap. You have been paying into a house you don't live in and paying for alternative accommdation so he and Peter have had their time and space.
Now NR won't allow the simple option it's time to swap. He needs to find alternative accommdation and you need to move into house with a lodger/friend and receive the same value from Ex that you have been paying.
Not sure how long ago you moved out but it's got to be your turn.
It's not ideal but it should give you a bit of time to save money rather than constantly spend out and it should also focus your Ex on a long term solution.0 -
Or everyone moves out, you rent out the property so the mortgage is paid and then move elsewhere.0
