My sister in exactly same position.She saw a solicitor and had her name took off for the councilttax, paid up all utlity bills and all utilities are now in his name.She is so much better off per month as she dosnt pay any utlities or council tax for that home..0

I'm sorry to hear about that but maybe this will be a blessing and help focus his mind a bit. Maybe the best thing is to sell if you can and just take the losses. I know its not ideal but at least you could be free of him and his s hit behaviour towards you.0
