Companies using premuim rate phone (0808, 0844, 0845, 0870 and 0871) numbers, should be forced to also list geographic specific numbers. This is particularly important with doctors using these numbers or customer service & complaint offices. Many users have bundled call allowances which do not cover premium rate numbers.

I walk the children to school to consciously use less petrol, less pollution. Formula one then has thirty cars do seventy laps, and many other races worldwide -cars and bikes. It is my air too they are polluting, it is time to stop the double standard.
Let the companies invest in clean energy solutions, race solar, water, steam cars.
My mile walk is a drop of clean air compared to their ocean of pollution.

    :T - My sentiments EXACTLY!

Housing Benefit for rentpayers should be a standard amount everywhere.
    1. Tenants would negotiate rents
    2. Those on low wages could successfully compete with HB tenants
    3. The unemployed would have no incentive to migrate to high HB areas
    4. Landlords would no longer surcharge HB tenants
    5. Rents would generally be lower, and thus property prices also

Interest on the savings of pensioners should be taxed at 10%, ie the same rate as dividend interest is taxed. This should be available to all basic rate taxpayers.

 Change the idiotic and unbelievable rule which means once a Carer reaches Retirement and draws State Retirement Pension, they cannot get Carer Allowance any longer but still Care for their loved one/relative for which they were previously being paid an allowance??? where is the justice in this??

stop means testing benefits, especially personal pensions. people were encouraged to pay into personal pensions, but government made no contribution. now those people are penalised when drawing that pension, meaning benefits to which they are entitled are reduced, even if that benefit is JSA!

Companies should be compelled by law to show on every statement the current rate of interest, and also whether there is another account available with that company which has a better rate of interest.

Savers should be offered a range of options that their money can be invested in. Not just generic ethical, but specific areas of positive investment: organic farming, education, sustainable energy etc as well as an "unrestricted" option.

Long term disabled people on benefits should be enabled to get mortgages. At some point they may own their own home rather than being on housing benefit for life. The benefit levels are currently too low to ever qualify.
