Just out of curiosity, do Sky credit check and/or report to CRA? I phoned and signed up to Sky, 12 month contract at £18 a month. I didn't even think about whether they actually credit check or anything like that, as I just thought if you don't pay, they cut you off.
My viewing card is on its way anyway. I can't check Experian or Equifax for searches as I've canceled my subscription for both.0 -
Sky never checked me and they do not report0

Cif is right. They never checked my Dad's credit files nor do they report to CRA. They may check their internal records for debt but I should imagine that's about it.0 -
Shall I move from Abbey to Barclays. I'm annoyed with Abbey because they still won't give me a Visa Debit card.0
