    I sent an appeal letter to HSBC on the 15th, via recorded delivery. Tracked it yesterday and it just seas 'We have received your item at XXXX post office'. It still seas the same now, 5 days later. Think it's got lost. I phoned them yesterday and they said it usually takes 1-3 days, and anything past that is delayed, but they cannot tell me anymore.

    Might give it 1 more week, then print everything off again and send it.

    There was a postal strike, do you think your post got held up in the strike?

    Just an update, applied and was approved online for Additions Card, sent my agreement form in over a week ago, but still not got card through yet. Just phoned customer services and she told me my credit limit is £2000 and I have definitely been approved!!!! :j:j:j just waiting for card now :D
    Capital One Limit £1600, Accessory Card Limit £2000
    Vanquis Limit £1500 Littlewoods Direct Limit £1000
