LOL, thanks - its not so much having the answers but working almost f/t trying to clear my name so have used every trick, letter and law to my advantage!

Regards to the searches, they will, unfortunately, remain as they stay with the linked address for as long as there is a live account present.

Do you have anything live from that address that you still use - anything at all? you need to break the link and leave 6yrs before it will go forever!

A letter to the DCA's will stop them searching you, want me to post one for you?

I've just check Equifax and Next have started to report to my credit files as I've noticed that it appeared on Experian this Morning.

I'm still not showing on the Electoral Roll, if I'm not on there by the 15th I'm going to raise another dispute.

Are you not on Electoral roll on any credit file..Experian were very quick for me..
Hate Equifax with a passion..they took ages and crappy Call credit even longer...no wonder they don't get used much..
I'm using checkmyfile at the minute for Equifax and call credit, going to cancel and pay for Equifax on its own..
Get my moneys worth from Credit Expert.. Log on EVERY DAY :j
