Over the last 3 years I have had countless letters from these morons..one chasing a Barclaycard debt..not mine...then 5 different First National..Lombard accounts..again not mine.
Even offered me a 75% discount to pay them off...was nearly tempted NOT :rotfl:

I'm taking on capquest right now for 2 barclaycard accounts - neither are mine of course!

Loved my letters to them, already had apology letter but I want more - I want blood!

£500 has been going into my HSBC account for 4 months, and around £300 a month before that. All my DD's go out of HSBC. I don't split my accounts anymore, just use HSBC. I have a Plus account with them (with CGC). I was told my behaviour score last month was 53 (i think), but went down to 38 this month as I canceled all of my DD's, then reinstated them (long story).

I officially started a new job today and now on around 14k before tax. This will be going into my HSBC account as of the 15th.

What's the address I have to write to for an appeal?

Thats why - pointless appealing if your score is 38 mate. has to be 50+ minimum for a CC. I did explain this in past - 70+ generates high loans etc......

Well it's worth appealing anyway I think, as it was 53 last month. What's the address to appeal?

what? they can't change a default mate or it must be removed for good! You know about defaults right? if it changes and isn;t legally enforceable then get it removed! Can you log-in and get prints of the default changing month by month?

mate trust me, it really isn;t worth appealing...... however for a stamp you could do, personally I wouldn't as you need at least 50 behaviour score.......

I take it the above address is just for HSBC credit cards not their bank accounts.

Did you send anything with your appeal letter? Guess it's pointless sending pay slips or bank statements, as they see all of that anyway.... maybe a copy of my credit report?
