I am still waiting for an answer from Aqua and Capital One. Does anyone know if I will have to wait the full 7-10 days for an answer? Also how am I to be informed. Letter or email?

    Many thanks :)

Ring them. They'll tell you if you've been accepted.

I've got to find my way to Moorefields in London tomorrow. That should be fun, with all the different trains.

Not necessarily!! Some lenders are slow than others informing appliciants if they are accepted or not. CALL them...best of luck, and do let us know what happened!

I will do for sure :)

On another matter, does anyone know what banks check for when they do checks on staff. I am due a check soon so I am curious as to what they will look for.
