Back over full price with 200miles worth of petrol :P

Im off to a few of the stores in Dundee, seem to always have the best chance in the south road store which is where ive had most of my dtds and cheap deals.

Helpful guy on electrical desk told me yesterday that these deals have been appearing every Saturday for last few weeks so worth trying on a Saturday

HUKD mention a lot of the laptops being put in the sale as they are redoing and updating the laptop part of the shop and they are doing that in mine and refitting it:T
Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
• Thanks to the 3rd person that sent me pan coupons. Easy to know who are as they are all still stuck together like they are in the booklets they are made in.

Morning all, think going to have to give Ts a miss today. :(

It's big day for DD2 tomorrow, move to uni, anyone local to Stoke on Trent, as will have to take her for a visit for bread and milk etc though hopefully I might find some bits to cheer me up. Feeling awful this morning have sore throat and really don't feel like pile of ironing I need to do. Everything packed except the clothes so I must get some energy from somewhere as washing until last minute it seems.

Did get a nice new iron for £5.50 yesterday, Morphy Richards 2000w turbo steam Model No 40683. Quite a few of the Morphy Richards irons scanning lower than SEL. Found another for £6.50 and one for £8, just slightly different models. Was pleased I didn't actually buy the one I found for £12 the other day. ;)

Any more news on the quavers? Is it one of those store type things ie. only at a normal or Extra. DD likes these and would be nice to send her off with some. Hoping for some good glitches next week when I have some more time. :)

And on the laptop front my store had a big board as you walked in saying Laptop Clearance and it had a countdown marker for how many they had left. To be honest didn't look like any real big savings to me but then I'm not an expert on technology. Give me jelly and custard any day!!!

In most of the stores up here they have a full rack of reduced laptops, obv not as low as 179 but maybe worth a shot of having a few of them scanned :). Suppose its time to get a list ready before heading out :P

Will post up from store if anything new appears :j
• My Wife has just been to Tesco Cl@y X, looking for some of the Car DVD players, unfortunately they all scanned at full price. BUT she noticed some Barbie cars with the Sticker on again, she bought 2 from the self scan tills. WHEN SHE SCANNED THEM it asked her "Is this the correct price" and when she clicked no then the supervisor came over and changed the price to the reduced 1, not sure if this is nationwide or store specific OR if it is self scan only and not on the tills but BEWARE this may be Mr T's way of reducing the DTD's we get.

Anyway if someone is close by ie. JumbleJack or Josie then the wife said there were still a few on the shelf, not sure if you want to try it on a normal till and hope it doesn't come up with the error or even test it at a normal till to check - You can always take it back for a refund.

Ah Tinyshoes your post has really brought a lump to my throat, that'll be me next year and I'll be in bits. Already getting choked at the thought of uni for DS and still got a year to go. She'll be fine and will love it and just think of all the spare time you'll have for glitching;) and I'm sure she has everything she need thanks to her savvy mum,
Hugs for tomorrow x
