  • so much more peaceful in asda thougand the staff actually talk to you not grunt like tesco do.

I know what you mean! I went into Morissons yesterday for the pasta sauce and it was so refreshing...eveyone was so friendly and laid-back compared to T's. And I didn't feel like I'm being eyeballed by CS or have members of staff casually 'wander past' every 5 mins!
  • Woohoo we found a barbie set still stickered in Salisbury it went through at full price, they refused DTD as not their store policy!:rotfl:

As we have never done this before whats best emailing phil (sounds like a personal friend :D) or phoning the customer services team? Will they send the difference as a gift card?

    Thank you everyone x

Panasonic KX-TG 5523 triple cordless home phones found on the end of an isle promoting half price Panasonic phones (selected models). It had an OOD SEL for 69.99 original price 159.99, walked round to the main display and they were full price there - GAME ON! Went through cashiers, straight to CS. "i think I've been charged too much, they are on the end display at half price". Nice lad (no trout in sight) went to check, came back with sels and refunded 160 without a blink or even an explanation that it was DTD. Unmarked receipt means taking them back for a refund is even easier. Happy days!
I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.

Back over full price with 200miles worth of petrol :P

Im off to a few of the stores in D*ndee, seem to always have the best chance in the south road store which is where ive had most of my dtds and cheap deals.

Helpful guy on electrical desk told me yesterday that these deals have been appearing every Saturday for last few weeks so worth trying on a Saturday
