  • I am not allowed in x store banned now. They have really tightened up according to them and said there had no dtd because they had checked that morning then I found some phones so they accused me of putting the labels on.

I'd be demanding the CCTV records for them to prove it otherwise a nice big fat apology! It's not like we're walking around Tesco stores with ood sels for f**** sake!
And after that I'd be visiting the same store at least once a week spending there two hours and scanning carefully every single yellow sel in the store just to drive them crazy!
  • Hi

well done everyone on all you dtd, my store seems to jump on them to quick!

Does anyone know of any slower stores around the bristol area or birmingham I'm really worrying about christmas it would take a lot of pressure off.

    Thank you x

  • Was basically acused of shop-lifting at Tescos today.. had been to another one and bought some nuts and juice so had tesco bag passed by another one and went for a look, picked up something that had no price label on and I wanted to know the price I went up to the cashiers to ask as there was no price scanner instore but the lines were very long however they weren't for the self-scanners so I used that scanned the item and it was too much so pressed cancel it said assistance is coming after a minute no-one had came and I was fed up so went and put the item back.

Went over to my sister who had been waiting for me with previous tesco bag and went to leave the store all of a sudden a cashier was shouting at me across the store "can I see in your bag" at first I didn't think he was talking to us but when he said it again I said can I ask why? he said what did you do with the item from the self scanner? I said I was checking the price as there was no label and decided against getting it he very rudely said "in future ask us the price of things" I thought excuse me! if there was a price in the first place
I wouldn't bloody have to ask!

Rant over sorry for the wall of text.

I spotted an ood sel for fairy diswasher tabs standard and lemon
    £7.65 bogof, expires 13/9
Spotted in several stores (tried an express but there the offer is still valid despite ood sel?)
    Worth a look?

Been into Blackp00l today which is my local but the have no Barbie Cars with sickers. Thinking of going up to leyland or Chorley tomorrow. Anyone on here use those stores and which has the best Toy Dept please. I've got to go to preston anyway so might as well check out the Tescos. Thanks

  • I located some Barbie "back to school" with the half price sticker on them SEL stated £25 and in store scanner not working so I didn't feel like risking it. I don't need them so I'd just have donated them to charity / children's ward though. Picked up some Honey Shreddies and Campbells condensed soup. Both free with coupons so it's not a wasted trip. Oh I also got the Panasonic Panasonic KX-TG5521 phone on Monday so quite a good week so far.
