Tesco misprices and discussion thread 11

Since this is the discussion thread, what are people's opinion on the legality of your position when intentionally purchasing an item with intent to claim DTD?
I ask, because to me the 2006 Fraud Act seems reasonably clear...
2. Fraud by false representation
(1)A person is in breach of this section if he—
(a)dishonestly makes a false representation, and
(b)intends, by making the representation—
(i)to make a gain for himself or another, or
(ii)to cause loss to another or to expose another to a risk of loss.
(2)A representation is false if—
(a)it is untrue or misleading, and
(b)the person making it knows that it is, or might be, untrue or misleading.
(3)“Representation” means any representation as to fact or law, including a representation as to the state of mind of—
(a)the person making the representation, or
(b)any other person.
(4)A representation may be express or implied.

Nothing for me today
expired sels removed in all 3 stores I visited... I found one ood sel for some usb speakers(logitech?) save 13.00 now 12.97 but it scanned at 12.97 ;/ so don't get it if you have no scanners in your store...
I've seen that iphone 4 something adam mentioned but then thought I don't have an iphone, probably won't have one and don't know anyone who has so I left it but now regret it a little... LOL I am totally addicted to dtd...
my misplaced megablocks were back where they should be and without stickersI would get them if they had the stickers on just to get my fix... (maybe I should carry one around? LOL)

I reckon you could probably guess our 'position' on this matter by simply picking any page of this thread and reading it.

Someone that visits my local has posted it scanned at the old SEL price. It must have either just gone down after I left, or went back up as I arrived, depending on when betty visited.10 Ways to Spend All Your Student Loan In A Week0 -
