  • can you take something back to tesco's without the receipt and get something else in its place?

I did but my item was a tesco branded toy and the lady on c/s did say that she could xchange for this reason only. I have however took pampers back before and they can be bought anywhere

Just back from T's, picked up a DTD and can't believe I've missed it before as the SEL was 4/11!!! It was a Tecknika MP3 case with speakers. SEL was £7.49 went through at £14.97. CS were lovely, the SA checked the SEL and said "I'm going to make you're evening and give it to you for 3p" I had to stand and make all the right appreciative noises while he explained it was T's policy to always give DTD on overcharges!:rotfl::rotfl:
I didnt even know if my DS had a MP3 (Give me a good old fashioned radio anyday of the week) but apparently he has so was a happy bunny. I just needed a fix really ;) Forgot to add, yesterday picked up lots of boxes of Terrys All Gold, original price £4 reduced to 50p, the sellby date is July but should be ok for a bit longer so worth looking out for, just in case.
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

    YOU WERE CONNED!

You should have paid 1p after DTD, not 3p! GO BACK NOW!
