How long have those who emailed Philip Clarke or normal CS had to wait before getting a reply to a complaint?

I'm getting a bit tetchy now, cause the transaction that I feel DTD is due on was £230, and I want my refund :(

just been to my local tescos and noticed a stack of leaflets with coupons on the cs desk which gives you £2 off a £10 on pharmacy counter and healthcare aisle, valid from 08/06/11 to 28/09/11 ( sorry about my bad spelling ) :)
not sure what is included it does say visit the pharmacy counter for details, but the lady at the pharmacy didnt know anything about it lol, so used it at the till against sanitary products :) HTH someone

I asked this exact question of a store manager this morning and was told that it could only be done if the product was tesco branded otherwise you 'could have bought it anywhere'
