I would definately kick up. Theses milk bags don't seem to be the best design and I was concerned when I got mine about them leaking. In fact in my T's one had been split and was leaking on the milk shelf so don't think your complaint will be the first.

    hi marhi
i reckon the milk must come in plastic wrapping and they use a stanley knife to cut it
Almost definitely. But that's not the point. There is no reason you should know that. As far as they are concerned, you have been worrying all night weather you've been poisoned and other people in your area could have been too. You asked Tesco for advice and they completely dismissed you! Having your car valeted is the least they can do.

What ever happened top the customer is always right?

As I read it, it was a plastic carton, not the bags. I've been buying the bags for eco reasons, and read a tip on here the other day to hold them each way round a squeeze (thank you whoever you are) which worked. Saying that, I opened a new one this morning and it went wrong (This could just be me, I am slightly inept ) And now have milk all over my counter ever time I make a coffee :o

Whoops, you are right it was a carton, speed reading:) I am paranoid about the milk bags.Think they are a great idea, love the way they pour in the jug, but am convinced I'm going to get a leaky one!
