As I read it, it was a plastic carton, not the bags. I've been buying the bags for eco reasons, and read a tip on here the other day to hold them each way round a squeeze (thank you whoever you are) which worked. Saying that, I opened a new one this morning and it went wrong (This could just be me, I am slightly inept ) And now have milk all over my counter ever time I make a coffee :o

Slightly off topic but the on the milk bags it says they are recyclable. Where should they put, in the plastics recycling bin or in the plastic bags recycling container Tesco have in their stores?

What a good idea, buy them now while on special and freeze:T

Slightly off topic again but the fresh n low milk can be bought for 80 odd pence for 4 pints. The fresh n low milk bags are 50p for 2 pints on promo from 80 odd pence. You would think with the bags having 75% less packaging the bags would be cheaper than the bottles.

I've been chucking mine in my own recycling bin... Didn't think that it might be a problem!

I am converted to these JugIts though, providing the price of the milk stays low.

Could you explain the glitches on the Dell, Beef in Gravy, Johnson's BP and H&B leaflets?

    Thanks. :)

Converted too but if the milk goes up to 80 odd pence after the 50p promo ends then it works out expensive as you can get 4 pints of the same milk in a bottle for the same price.

I find that they take up more room in the fridge too what with the handle on the jug.

I agree. If I can't get it for 50p anywhere, I'll go back to normal bottles until the price drops again. Disappointing the JugIt can't be used for juice in the meantime - it'll have to go in storage.
