I agree, especially when it's quiet on the misprice front:)
just got back from tesco and are now fuming
duty manager said a form had to be filled in and then left me to go and find a computer pull out of mag for a customer, julie customer services is lovely, she filled in form for me on computer wanted the milk carton i said no, then told me it can take up to 6 weeks to get a reply , omg i can't believe i remained calm , told them i was far from happy and how would they like it with milk smell in back of car,
she asked duty manager if she could ring customer services to see if it could be fast tracked, i have kept the milk carton and refused a refund , about to know send a strongly worded email to phil clark
but does anybody have his email please0 -
4 packs of Brahma Beer are advertised as SAVE £1.11 Was £3.99 Now £2.88. However, with Tesco online at least they go in the basket at £3.49.
I'm not sure if they will also go through at this higher price in store.

Just been to T and found the pots of banana rice pudding 30p each but on offer for 4 for £1.50. Bought 4 in the hope of a DTD but they went through as 30p
I don't know whether this will help anyone or whether we could spin it in our favour but I picked up the free mag, July/August edition and there is a voucher for Yoo yogurts that went out of date last month. Any ideas???0 -
Tesco's are really good, there have been a number of occasions in the past where they have sold something and had a price tag underneath stating a price and I have gone to pay and found that the item is more expensive than they stated, apparently had the wrong tag underneath, but when I have pointed it out to them they have given it to me for the cheaper price without complaining, I know its something that should do anyway but they never make me feel stupid for raising the issue which is good.0

Did they just give you it at the cheaper price, or did they refund you double the difference?
Their policy, if they overcharge you, is to refund you double the overcharge, not just give you 1x the overcharge. Sometimes their own staff seem to not know their own policies and the customer has to remind them how to do their job!!
It's only a game

Goodness, aren't the Tesco free bags useless these days? They fall apart even at the till. Had a couple of things (rice, potatoes but no more than 3 kgs) in one yesterday and the bag split on the way from car to front door, goods ended up on the lawn
If you get anything breakable, double up on the bags :cool:0 -
