I have never had a receipt that they failed to deface when the points were claimed in all 4 of my local stores so I have no worries on that score.:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Could be because less people go on that thread?!0

Reckon not. It's got way over a million (1.3m!) views. It is a puzzle indeed.
The regulars on there aren't too worried about it though. If you think about how many people are viewing the thread compared to how many are contributing, it shows that there is a whopping audience of folk who just pick up the tips without giving back. Especially as the penny spreadsheet was put on HUKD recently as well :eek:The regulars are all still actively seeking and posting our finds though.:A Every moment is a gift. we were in our local branch this morning, I was looking at the dinner services, particularly the black trail one.
Last week I had asked a clothing SA to scan them as they were (in a pile near the clothing department) with no tickets on - they came back as £38.00 - too much for me.
This morning I went in and they were reduced to £30.40 but with an extra 650 bonus club card points - took them to the clothing area, where I asked last week, asked again, scanned at £38.00:T:T
Bought them, went to CS, £15.20 refund - without me even asking for DTD, and the extra bonus CC points as well:D.
This is the service - although showing on direct as £38.00 and only 400 bonus points

It may be worth mentioning that CS called the duty manager over who went the removed the SEL and said "I'll get it sorted" - so be quickLight travels faster than sound - that's why you can see someone who looks bright until they open their mouth.0 -

Oh, can someone please tell me how I add cc points onto my card from receipts that I've forgotten to use my card with? Thanks!
Only 2 per visit and they must be under a fortnight old.

Help!
With regards to the DTD instore, today I brought some mens socks and brief set marked from £10 to £1.25, I got three lots as loads cheaper then buying the multipacks
2 went through fine but the third came up as footwear and cost £15. I kept stum and went to CS to claim my double the difference but they refused even after 20 mins.
They said DTD is for overcharging, which I hadn't been, it was just a system error on the specific till as on CS went through at £1.25 but when they checked the till I'd used, scanned as £15.
I quoted their dtd and said I had clearly been overcharged. They wouldn't budge. Because the receipt said a different product, it didn't count it was a system error not manual, ie wrong ticket not being changed. I did put my foot down and said either way it was an overcharge but was asked nicely to leave!
Is it worth a call to HO and does anyone know the freephone number at all? Or should I leave it?
ThanksPlease don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.0
