Tesco misprices and discussion thread 11

Got my first DTD today. 15m Hosepipe incl accessories, £12 each or 2 for £10. Charged £24, paid and straight to CS to claim DTD with sel in hand. Duty manager refused to give me the £28 I expected to receive and was extremely rude. Stood my ground and demanded they phone head office and let me speak to them. Manager then spoke to head office and spat at me that he would begrudgingly give me the dtd this time.

Hi All,
sorry if this is slightly off topic, but i havent being able to get online for the past couple of days.... i have just come online to check out the Tescos 1p discussion thread... but cannot find it anywhere....

can anyone shed any light on the matter for me please? has it been removed?

It hasn't 'gone' it just has to be found ..... sorry, but being fairly new here I don't want to say more.... maybe someone else will.

Misprice back to normal alert (for pennyitems)

The Sharwoods Biryani Coconut and Curry Leaf two-step sauce is back up to a whopping £1.95 in a nearby Extra after previously being at 30p :eek:

I got excited as I saw they had restocked and there were two virgin crates on the top shelf, bought one as a tester and then took it back pronto when it scanned as £1.95...

Its ok, thankyou anyway, once i had posted this message, i noticed where it had gone...... i kinda like it where is it is anyway...

Blooming heck eh... was only away for 2 days and all this change!!!!
did get a couple of bargains thought, and i am going on Holidays soon... already checked out if there are and Ts nearby..... and Yep, there is plenty!! xx

did we ever believe anything the trouts said in DTD
they seem to make up their own rules
were they trying to scare you for some reason, do you go in regulalry to add points?

i would have thought they would have to have good grounds or some sort of proof before they cancel your card. I regularly shop in Tesco several times a day:D and if they are going to penalise me without proof that i have been wombling and wipe my account I will be VERY VERY UPSET:mad:
