Whats smart price water? Tap water from Asda's toilets??

probably :rotfl:I did suddenly have the brain wave of taking the 3 empty bottles around to my ex's house each day when I take Charlie and re-filling them as he isn't on a meter so it's costing him nothing for me to 'pinch' the water - that would save me 21 litres water a week!! Ok, maybe a bit on the overly frugal side :o

i'm skipping runclub tonight, runchum rachel isn't going so there's little point in me sitting in work for an hour extra just to go run with them at 630... so i am in fact going to go out and get it out of the way, have planned a 3 miler from my workplace and will be finished by the time runclub starts....

    howzatt for an idea?

I actually can't be bovverred but i know once i'm out there i will enjoy it....

and i'll enjoy getting home by half six, and not eight o'clock as usual!

Sammy - ((hugs)) for your DD, how awful. :(

Linda, I think treadmill running is easier physically but harder psycologically - there's no way I could run 10k on a treadmill, no matter how good the music was! I'm sure you will find it easier to go further when you run outdoors.

I'm off for a run in a bit - a fairly short one. The CD lady told me not to run at all, but I need to!

Anyone have any suggestions of how to sleep better? It's gotten so bad that my eye keeps twitching and I'm falling asleep now. I get to sleep but the quality of sleep must suck.

    Hi Gemmzie,

sorry to hear you're haivng problems falling asleep. I twitch too - my Dr's told me it's normal! I did question that especially as my whole body twitches as if I'm swimming!!!

I find that doing some exercise helps, alongside reading. Also if you're stressed/worried about anything it won't help either. Plus I#'ve taken the tv out of the bedroom - it certainly helps!

Hope you manage to get some decent sleep soon.

P.s _ you could always try mixing redbull with coffee! It tastes horrid but you'll be buzzuing for hours...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

DD2 is okay, she didn't know the lad but she said it was hard watching people (including teachers -he had a mentor who feels he let him down) struggling to come to terms with it. He was exceptionally clever but no idea why he chose to do what he did.

Linda i cannot for the life of me run on a treadmill i find it quite boring. To try and get faster and go further why don't you try and run as fast as you can for a minute and then go slower for a minute....
