Well my day is all messed up, school called and hubby has had to go and pick Jas up again because she's feeling ill. So he gets there and they said she fainted in PE. So, I said, take her to the GP. He's just called, the stupid GP won't give her an appointment today, so he had an argument with them and said 'the last time you refused to give her an appointment she ended up in hospital for a week' the woman said 'well bloody well take her back there then if it's that important' So, he's now on the way to the A&E department, he'll probably get told off for taking her there and not the GP.

I'm going to have to make an official complaint there I think.

    Toto,
it is not up to the receptionist to decide if it is important or not for your daughter to see the dr. Make a complaint and include the last event about her ending up in hospital. Copy to your local mp.
