It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

i hate it when they say would you like a hand to pack, and just do it anyway... and badly!

Does noone take these people aside and train them on back packing?!?!?

I like to pack my own bags at the supermarket too.
I have those really big, strong eco bags and I like to even out the weight as well as packing tins etc... at the bottom of the bags.
