Katie I didn't want to read & run. Well done you for coming through everything. IMHO it isn't that noticeable on the Disney pic at all. ((((((((hugs)))))))))) for your positive attitude it'll be what has helped you the most :A0

Well Katie I would think that anyone who really mattered would notice your personality more - that's what i noticed in the last picture anyway
I have one that big but mostly in my hair - i know it's there and when i meet new people always think they;re staring at it wondering how it got there. Later when i get to know them better they say they never even noticed it. Glad you had a good time at the Ann Summers
I'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080 -
Katie, you are simply lovely
it must have taken you a lot to post those photos, and yes in the first few it is quite noticable, but in the last one, it had faded so much, really its not that noticable at all, your eyes were the thing I noticed first. I think people will notice you for being you and not for your scar, do you mind me asking ? how did it happen was it a car accident ? I had a 2 inch scar across my forehead after an accident, which is so faint now you can barely see it. Big hugs to you sweetie. xx
Chrisca, Hugs to you, hope it all works out ok xx0 -
Katie, I wasn't going to post today, but I have to now. Yes your scar is obvious in the first three photos, but I honestly had to search for it in the last one
I thought it was a strand of hair. I'd agree with redruby I saw your lovely eyes first and foremost.
Stefe, I've met you. You've got a scar? I didn't see it:rotfl:Another one with beautiful eyes that are the first thing you see
OS today? Mmmmm........well...........night all:oYou never get a second chance to make a first impression.0 -
Katie - just a quick message as I'm scanning this then off out round the block with the dogs. I only looked at the last photo. You are lovely. My head went through a car window 24 years ago and I was in theatre for 2 hours having my face stitched. My scars were red but they faded. One *kind* soul told me at the first party I went to that at least I was married. eeek imagine saying that to someone?? Anyway, mine have faded - I'm older than you
and one of my eyelids is droopier than the other one now due to skin not being quite so elastic but so what? I'm happy if you want to pm me and I'll attach some pics although I don't have digital pics of it when it was 'new'.
Having written all this, I'm off to walk fido and dido (not their real names)

Has DF gone back now? and is LB missing the attention, by the way The Bros (cats) were both on my daughters car when we came in at 6.30pm - one looked evil at us and the other rolled over and allowed us to tickle him sensless - they are really like jeckyl and hyde....:hello:

Katie, how lovely you are, scar or not...if it really bothers you I know there are all sorts of makeup that you can get which will hide it, but IMHO it does not in any way interfere with your beauty, and as others have said it will fade in time.
Thanks csarina...hope that the treatment works for OH.
Kittens have now settled and had a little outing to-day to the back lawn...they still have to be vaccinated so trips out will be short and sweet...not sure what they would have made of the rabbit that was down there earlier to-day.
Made some stock with stalks of spinach we had for dinner and a large onion...they resemble celery, am going to blitz with some cream cheese tomorrow to see what kind of soup it makes....brother makes a lovely one with blitzed courgettes and laughing cow, so will see if I can come up with a palatable variation...courgette plant is only 6 ins high so would have a wait for harvest!.
Night all, sleep well

I was attacked when I went out one evening with a bottle, a genuine case of wrong time wrong place. I have got more optimisim over my scar and that is mainly due to watching the apprentice and seeing Yasmina she has a huge scar.
Thanks for saying my eyes are lovely and the first thing people notice I have been told that they are really big
Thanks once again and the sky is my limit who knows in a few years I could be on the apprenticeOf all the things I have lost I miss my mind the most£2,960 in debt to RBS paying off at £10 a Fortnight0 -
