Well done for not letting it go, and congratulations:D

I am so pleased or you. I have to say this site......especially bat and fermi....gave me the confidence to fight my OR too and i won:j. I think without this forum and the empowerment(knowledge is power;)) a lot of us would just accept what OR's say as gospel and be poorer for it.
Now roll on discharge date for you;).

That has completely panicked me so I checked and it says this on my screen

What do I include in my income?

Does that mean that child tax credit isn't counted either I wonder?0 -
I guess youre going to have to ring the insolvency service up , but even then ,it might depend on who answers the phone. I presume you are worried about an IPA like I am. If possible , would it be a good idea to adjust the figures to your advantage no matter whether the benefits are counted or not.
For example , on my soa I showed a neg balance of 200 pounds.
I did this by reducing my working hours0 -

Thanks Dalip,
I do agree knowledge is power and would advise anyone who has no interview and gets IPA to ask for a breakdown of allowances like I did and question it. I nearly gave up but after reading more posts thought "why should I" and carried on resulting in no IPA:):T:TWaiting for defaults to start self managed DMP0 -

Only child benefit - child tax credit is included as income for IPA purposes.0
