That's pretty quick but it's best to get everything out of the way. I was declared BR on Monday :T so hopefully my interview will be in the next week or two as well.

The OR spoke to me yesterday, to confirm that letter going out, and interview should be in first week of June, that will almost be a month from being declared BR...guess the OR's in Birmingham have got their work cut out at the moment

Was declared BR on Mon 11th and received a call from the OR this morning regarding my phone interview. Was offered Mon 18th, Tue 19th or Thur 21st. Decided to take Thur 21st as I need to take time off work so the more notice I can give my employer the better.

I went to Blackpool court and people have said that they are efficient and with the interview within 10 days they certainly are although they are not certain that I will have received my 'pack' by then. It's a fore gone conclusion that I will have an IPA so I am just looking forward to getting the interview over, starting the IPA and getting on with my life.

I think there was someone else on the forum that went BR the same day as I did so if they are reading this then if you need a telephone interview it should be next week.

sorry i'm so late posting this, i was declared BR on Tuesday 5th may at 9.35 am.

I've got my phone interview on with the OR on monday 18th at 10 am :eek:

Husband declared bankrupt 2.19 on 6th May

Had letter from OR for interview 20th May, spoke to them and re-arranged for following week.

Now wading through all the paperwork
