Good luck Mike, went BR on the same date as you, and still waiting for a date with my OR...this must be a record, or they are scratching their heads, no assests and a house in negative equity!

Also, my Barclays account which I opened on Monday, is up and running now, got my Visa debit card yesterday, pin on Wednesday, JSA went in yesterday also.....so I am a happy bunny :j

After Saturday letter from the 'OR' to me - I think i can now say i can move on , as they comfimed to me that was it (letting me know how much i got to pay).

The 'HP' Car gets pick up tommorrow ,

And now i can sleep and try to get on with my life.

I would like to say - 'A BIG THANK YOU' to all that has help me through this.

I hope all who are wondering wether to do it or not , you decide to do it.
It a stressful but i have to say thee is light at the end of the tunnel.

As what the above says...WELL DONE!

As for me, Im still waiting for a letter to confirm when I have my interview with the OR, been waiting for 2 weeks now, and tbh its starting to worry me, and Im still getting letters from my creditors, even though I have sent them the info of me going BR.
But I will hang in there and ride it out, got this far so why stop now.

Update: Having left a message on my OR's phone about the above, she has phoned back to say finally she has a date for me.... 10am Tue 2 June..hoorah!

OR interview done and dusted today. Hopefully that will be it now.

The baby can arrive anytime now....preferably sooner rather than later lol

Had my OR's interview on the 21st May and everything seemed to go ok. I hadn't received my 'pack' so the OR didn't have any statements, etc. but she didn't seem overly concerned with this. We just went through the SOA and when/why I took out each loan/CC and the amount. The I&E was left pretty much unchanged and she confirmed that I would need to pay an IPA, which was a foregone conclusion anyway. As others have mentioned on this board the OR was very friendly and not judgemental and the interview lasted about an hour.
