yes well done everyone. the future is now a brighter place to be heading.

don't forget this board is still here if you need it. just coz the deed is done it doesnt mean you wont have more questions.

i have had 3 letters already from the OR. one asking for further info, which i have dealt with, another saying they have no interest in my pension unless i start drawing on it whilst still udischarged (unlikely unless i die and DH will get a payment lol) and the third about buying the BI interest in my house which i replied to enclosing a copy of the letter form the court detailing repossession on 11th june.
    Officially BR at 2.10pm on 6th May 2009, ED 7th December 2009

Right then.... 15 minutes to go, before the OR calls, Im sitting in my bedroom, got all my statements from 2 years, alL uptodate figures for everything I have got, cards and accounts, a pad and pen, a bottle of water...and a note right in front saying.......DO NOT WAFFLE! :p This is more nervous than doing the court bit

Will let you know how I get on later
    Cheers Dibs

    Job done! :j

From start to end it lasted 1hr 13min 32 secs, my ear was rather red!
Anyway no IPO/IPA, due to claiming JSA, not interested in the house as thats going down the repossession route. I will need to send the last 12 months of bank / cc statements, and thats it, for the moment. Not bothered about taking my mode of transport, my trusty pushbike :p. Went through each section on the petition, had to explain how I got into this situation, for which my OR does not like my ex-OH :rotfl:
There was plenty of silences, for which I kept my mouth firmly shut, mind you had nothing to hide anyway.
    Cheers Dibs

Hi Dibs Well done! Sounds like it went well in the interview and well done for remember the "no waffle" rule! Thats one of the reasons I am glad I had no interview as I don't like silences and I do waffle a little when I am trying to explain something I am embarassed about.

    Congratulations!
