    :wave: Hi to Fortunecookie & welcome to the daily thread.

    On the subject of getting up early I am either one way or the other :confused: I'm either awake before 5.30am or dragging myself up at 7am. I did try an experiment a month ago to see if a regular getting up time of 6.30am every day would help to cut down on my migraines. It didn't :mad: so I'm trying to get up when I wake up now.
