hey everyone, hope everyone is ok. Lots of periods happening it seems! im still waiting for mine, grr.

Matt had a migraine last night and was sick with it too poor man. He picked a good moment too, right at the end of the apprentice! I had to go out at 10 to get some paracetemol from my mothers ha. Were so organised matt and i :p

Mum, dad and i went to Chaversham today, F me that place is full of chavs, i absolutly hated it. Gold earings, every 19 year old had a child, that sorta look. Last time i go there for a LONG time i think. But anyway, we looked into holidays abroad and now im totally excited!!!!!! mum and dad are paying half for us so im defo excited. Cant wait to get a tan and get my bikini on. Im not going to take a tankini or a swimming costume, however fat i look in my bikini!

Missy: Take your son to the zoo and have the walking around as a rest day! Then you can show us your amazing cam skills on the animals. You win, your son wins and more importantly, we win with the pics :D

Scottishlass, I think you could weigh the candyfloss and then do the weight of sugar to find the calories - that's all that candyfloss is. But by the time it's stuck to your teeth, your hands, your face, eveyone in the vicinity .... there generally isn't much left anyway. I like the smell of it being made but I wouldn't want to eat it.

Vix how is it that you always make me laugh? You have a real gift with words. HAve you thought about a blog?

lol you got the 1000th post & I got the 1000th reply. :rotfl:Woohoo!

Granny, I DID end up with it everywhere! :rotfl:My (wee) brother was standing looking at me shaking his head!:rotfl:He said I make more mess than my nephew! But I only ate half of it though, then gave the rest to my friend. Except I then I had to have a sneaky wee half pint of cider to wash it down with!:rotfl:

It was our Gala day & I spent 4 hours walking around the park selling 'ducks' (or forcing people to buy ducks, depending on who you ask!) for the Scouts duck race last night, so thats good exercise, then I got roped into (sorry! :rotfl:) doing the Tug of War! We won!!!! Woo!!!!! lol All in all a lovely day!

    Hi,

I have been away from this thread tooooooooooo long. I am STS.
I need to get my eating back under control. I have not put any back on, just not lost any and got stuck.
I have been to burlesque chair dancing tonight and am going to aerobics and pilates on Thursday which is free :j.
I live in one of the un-healthiest boroughs in the country so everyone gets free swimming, gym and exercise classes :j. Time and numbers are limited and you have to book, but its free :j:j.

I would like to take up a bit of jogging but not sure where to start, any suggestions?
