Dogs will eat cat poo in their own garden and carry the same illness to your home.I keep my dog in its garden but why should it , the owners kids, or finances suffer because folk let their cats out.
Ive seen dogs rip apart a cat in their own garden , thats not nice neither , but whom is to blame for the dogs nature...its just the same as the cat getting a bird or mouse but importantly those dogs werent free roaming and like the cat purely acting on instinct.
A cat if I am right is considered as equal as a rat in law , and as such is vermin. And when it comes to vermin you know where the law stands , the council are powerless should the owner take care of vermin.ITs not the cats fault when it dies , nor its prey , its the owner for letting it out.
simple answer buy cat litter and remove the cat flap.
You missed the word Some at the very start of your post. If you are meaning domestic cats that are allowed out anyway. Most of the things that can be harmful to children can be taken care of with regular worming. My cat has no disease or parasites. She is regularly wormed, flea treated and has her booster injections every year, even though she doesn't go further than the bottom of the back door stairs. My children and my cat mean too much to me to let her carry any disease or parasite, however, just like there are irresponsible dog owners, you will get irresponsible cat owners too. I personally think if you are going to have an animal in the home then you should be able to look after it properly with vaccinations, worming and flea treatments. Whatever the animal needs tbh.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

A kid called Kenny Glenn posted videos on youtube of him abusing his pet cat Dusty. An internet group called Anonymous found out, Tracked him down to where he lived and informed the police. His personal details where leaked online, His family where harrased 24/7, and his dads oil business failed. Serves the little **** right. You harm an animal, You pay the price.0
