Good point Tete, I'll see if I can find an Advanced class and swot up before it starts! I can't remember much of the work we did on tenses and such like, isn't there one like an infinitive tense??? I can't remember! I got confused by all that first time round, I don't want to be left at the back with no idea of what's going on!

    Eek, definitely Dinah!

The infinitive is the whole verb which has the -er, -re or -ir ending, like jouer, which you then conjugate to
    Je joue
    Tu joues
    Il/elle joue
    Nous jouons
    Vous jouez
    Ils jouent

(Eeks, I had to think quite hard there!!) I'm sure it'll all come flooding back, I always find it does :)

Wow, that course sounds fab!! You two will have loads of fun, I'd love to do something like that. I can only do a-line dresses and take things in, pretty limited!

Just got back in the office from cleaning one of the Vans with my Grandpa, he gave me £20 bless him! Means I've earnt £30 in the past two days and won't have to take any money out this weekend. Might be able to move some into savings after all.

Well done to your Bro too Dinah, I'm sure he's not completely blind to the 'real world' my sister acts like she is (que designer makeup and handbags) but she's not as green as she is cabbage. I know if I could get away with a summer of not working I would!

I'd much rather work in the summer and not have to work while studying when I should be out with my mates tbh!

I agree Dinah! While at uni i used to work all through the summer and then as few hours as possible during term time!
I get pretty bored when im not working to be honest - like now - i am very envious that OH got a transfer with work, where as i dont have a job sorted yet. And im getting pretty fustrated at not finding a job straight away, not so much because of the money side of things but more because i am so bored!

Heehee, OH said something like this the other day 'He's not as green as he's cabbage like' or something, I still don't fully understand what he meant!

Well done on the extra money, and cleaning vans out is sure to have burnt some calories too! :D

I'm baking! I feel like like such a domestic goddess, OH can't quite believe what's going on it happens so rarely! Making those cookies and cream cheesecake cupcakes and the flat smells divine! They look a little brown on top but I'm sure they'll taste OK... they're ready in ... now! EEEK!!!!

OK... I'm back! I don't know if I can wait until tomorrow to eat one, they're supposed to 'set' in the fridge... I'm going to go mad waiting!

On the plus side my Dad has just called to ask if he can meet me for a drink because he's got £20 for me! I don't know why, I don't ask! Off to meet him in 15 minutes after watching Usain Bolt run the 200m and listening to OH reminisce about hs running days at school that were cut so tragically short by his accident blah blah blah (the accident was him going through a car window because he was on his bike, too busy looking at the cute girls across the road to see the parked car in front of him! Silly boy!)

You'll have to let us know how the cupcakes taste!

I caved and had one whilst it was still warm... mmmm. A bit brown tasting (but that's my fault! I think I set the oven too high!) but otherwise lovely! I assume they'll be nicer once chilled!

I forgot how much I enjoy baking, I want to do more now! If only I could figure out a way of doing it so it doesn't take me 2 hours to make a simple batch of cupcakes!
