No one would buy her, heck her ex husband is paying a significant sum every month just to be shot of her.

I read that briefly - do you have to order something to get it though? I had a cookie for breakfast today :o and it's Domino's for tea - it's difficult to balance diet and moneysaving I feel!! But if I do a little bit more in the gym than I did yesterday I should still be on track calorie wise, as long as I don't eat any more cookies! Are you still doing food focus?

Yep still at it, I'm yet to hit my calorie goal for the day but at least I've always come in under the calories burnt, just not by enough!

No you don't have to do anything, its really easy and it looks yummy, plus, free! So moneysaving AND healthy diet - ticks all the boxes!

Great! I'm off to get a coffee then I'll have a look at it!

I had to reduce the amount I wanted to lose because I wasn't coming in on target at all and it was quite disheartening. For the purposes of this challenge I need to get to 10st6 by end Sept, but I had put 10st just to see if I could as that's what I'd like to be ideally. It gave me a warning that I should be doing it over a longer period but I ignored it, but after a week I've made my goal 10st4 instead so it's a bit more manageable! I guess once you're at your target you can just put in that you want to stay at that and it'll let you have more food than now!

I figure mine should be okay once I'm back to the gym. At the moment with NIM taking my car since his is bleeding all over the drive so I can't get to the gym. How can it be this hard to find a sump plate?!?!

Forgot to report my weigh in. Only 1lb this week, but at least its in the right direction.

I wouldn't know what one is!! Anyway it's your week off, you shouldn't be in the gym! One pound is fine, didn't you say at the start that you only need to lose 1 1/4 lbs per week, so you're still above average. I ave a bad feeling about this week's weigh in since my baking book arrived :D

Think of poor me, I've been baking AND I am throwing 3 dinners for friends this week, soooo much rich food. Only thing I can be grateful for is when I'm at home all my meals are basically fruit and veg with not much else!

Glad that Kitty is enjoying her food. They are fussy things aren't they.

Dinah maybe you could base the next diary on saving up for house deposit or something.
