In Chorley?! I don't think so!Or, spend the night watching a movie with NIM stuffing your faces like there's no tomorrow - or at least like there's no weigh in on Sunday
I sense sabotage so you can win the diet challenge!
Have frozen a load of the hobnobs, and the cupcake mix only made 20 when it should have made 36, so I can send 8 or so with NIM to the mens group tomorrow night, and another 8 to his work, leaving us a reasonable 4 to eat ourselves.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Ah I didn't know you could freeze the hobnobs, good trick! Yes you've got the right idea Dinah - fatten up everyone around you so you consequently look thinner
Nice to see you Birdie, jealous of your lovely hotel pool!
Tonight I am DEFINITELY going to get back into Dooyoo ...Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Hello all, I have had a very busy day. Took DS to his little canoeing course, went to library, went to the post office, took parents shopping, dropped off neice at day care, finished painting my front gate, made lunch for everyone, went to the bank to put money in, pay a bill and exchange some foreign currency (all £7.58 of it). *deep breath* Cleaned my bedroom, helped OH make chicken curry and jacket spuds.
I have added my to do list into a little book instead of bits of paper. Hopefully then I will get through more jobs.Total debt Feb 2012 = £54354.11 😳

Morning All,
Well I am certainly not up early but not long from bed. Mr S Shine had better not have ideas of disturbing my sleep!0 -
Wow, Domestic Goddessing all round - I'm out of breath just looking at that post ROTE!
Poolie I presume you've just come off nights? Get yourself to bed, I don't think the sun's meant to come out again til next March so you should be OK.
How is everyone today? I woke up at 5.30 after a horrible dream involving me, OH and my Dad all in a hotel when a plane came and crashed into it. OH and I were OK but I couldn't find my Dad anywhere in the aftermath, it was horribleThen the cat was sick so I had to get up and clean that up, so I'm having one of those 'can't quite open my eyes' days

Oh no Tete, that sounds like a harsh morning! Hope your day has improved. I am just doing some more work on my funding proposal. My friend has sent me the best research paper which has given me all sorts of angles to think about, so I am quite excited.
He is quite a big legend for helping me out all the time. Sometimes I get a bit intimidated that both my tutors are so good, it's a bit overwhelming to show them my measly work and they tell me so patiently and kindly what to think about in order to make it 100 times better! But I guess that's what learning's all about. Maybe I will be a big clever face when I am older too.
Popping out for lunch with my friend at 2pm which will be good. We are going to a Mexican so might have to have a sneaky margarita (or five).
Hope all your days are good! x:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -
Sounds like a horrible dream Tete, hate it when you have dreams like that as seems so real at the time.
Hope the proposal is going OK Lara. Have fun at lunch as well!0 -
Ooh Mexican Lara, enjoy! We had a mexican (my first) on holiday and I had burritos, they were amazing, nomnomnom!
I've been quite productive in a non-work way (it's so quiet over the holidays), have been on Quidco putting in queries for non-paid cashback and have signed up for a Blockbuster free trial at £7.50 cashback and a Lonely Planet magazine subscription offer - 3 issues for £1 with £4 cashback :money: Just need to remember to cancel them all before I'm charged, that's my usual trick :rolleyes:Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Oooh, sounds like a nasty dream Tete! And how nice of the cat to be sick to top it off!
Lara, I get lost when you talk about funding proposals and research papers etc having never even looked at university myself but you sound happy so good! Enjoy your margarita(s!)Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
