Morning all, I'm feeling distinctly more zen after the cake fiasco after listening to some Beethoven in the car on the way in. I do however want to try and bag an early finish this afternoon so I'm going to try and get all my invoicing done by 10 and all my QA stuff by 1 ... see you later!
(Have fun in Sheffield Lara) (And seriously, we need to arrange something more specific for tomorrow, I vote the Martin Badges, or standing under the town hall clock with a red rose or something!)Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Have fun tomorrow! I'd guess you'd find Dinah by following the sounds of and Irish man complaining about his jumper.
Payday (like every Friday, but I can still get excited) I think I'm going to see the Hannah Montana movie - Lock it, Pop it, Polka Dot it - with my sister tonight, or maybe it's tomorrow. Not 100% sure on that one! Popped some pennies into savings too. Feel zen and at one with all things money related.
Have fun in Sheffield Lara! Decided at it's the first of the month (I always do this) I'm going to be very very good at work!0 -
What's a Hannah Montana?
I'm good at big schemes not small details! Not knowing Northallerton at all someone else can make up some small details on how to recognise one another. I think I'd recognise Tete mind as I have seen your Dooyoo piccieDebt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Argh, why does everything always take so much longer than it should?! Doesn't help that OH has emailed me part of his dissertation to be printed and bound today and the printer's playing up and I'm trying to do it all clandestinely. At least this afternoon's task is just boring old data entry so I can just switch my poor addled brain off.
Yes I'll definitely watch out for a bobbly jumper tomorrow, and long dark hair (on Dinah not NIM, as far as I'm aware!) not sure what I'm looking for with Birdie...
Ah well, coffee exercises over, back to the grindstone!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
We meeting outside the front of Bettys aye? Wouldn't have thought there would be that many 24 year old females with long dark curly hair stood next to a 6ft male dark haired irishman in a red jumper whinging about Tescos at 3pm in Northallerton on a Saturday?! Although I guess it is the day of the fair...
No news off NIM yet, he seems so excited about the job but I fear these things will go to the long serving and popular staff member, and I'm sad cos he's going to be crushed.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Oh I didn't know you had curly hair you lucky thing!
Is he supposed to find out today? I have to agree with you, I think the other guy will probably get it and to be fair if I were him I'd expect to get it if I was good at my job and had been there longer ... it's just horrible when you're the NIM on the other end of it.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
NIMs an optemist though and he knows he'd be good at it, one of the reasons I love him is he's a bit nieve and optemistic when most people would accept defeat without even trying. Yep he's supposed to hear today.
Naturally curly, spend most of my time either straightening it or pulling it back into a plait so it doesnt annoy me!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
