Sounds like you are cracking on with the sorting of the stuff in your flat Flower!

I am organising my ipod. Seeings as I have been told I can't go near anyone. Anyone got any recommendations for songs I can listen to?
What's your favourite ever song etc?!

Have 'fun' at the gym Birdie, good luck!
Well done with all the clearing Flower, is there much left to go?

Craving sugar atm! Just downed a glass of water (4th of the day!) in a vain hope it'll stump it, and it's worked for the moment. Hoping we go straight home tonight instead of my grandparents because I can see myself going 'Alright.. just the one Taxi Bar.. and maybe a kitkat, actually have you got any jammy teacakes? French Fancies maybe?.. oh, and a glass of Diet Coke too please'
Actually going to give this loosing weight challenge a proper go, rather than half heartedly try ending up with you lot swanning around all beach ready and me laid out like Jabba the Hutt inhaling jaffa cakes.

Zig - I'm shamefully addicted to BWO atm, I have horrible taste in music so won't offer up any songs to offend your ears with! There's a free download for audible going around atm I think, you could get an audiobook to listen too. Bleak Expectations is really good!

Considering all the strange similarities it wouldn't surprise me if we both liked the same music! :p

I have some of everything on my ipod, my OH says I have rubbish music taste, my argument is that I have something to suit everyone! :D

That's a good idea about the audiobooks though, thanks.

    Btw, who is BWO?!

BWO are a Swedish popband, very Eurovision, very cringeworthy! Band wise I only have them and Take That on my iPod, the rest is taken up by audiobooks or BBCs Little Dorrit. :o Are you feeling any better?

Dinah - I hope your kitty is okay! How old is she?

That'd be why I hadn't heard of them! I loved the song that won Eurovision this year. And some of the other songs that were on there. I'm properly enjoying listening to loads of Michael Jackson songs at the mo! Especially 'Will You Be There'. Love that song.

I feel ok when I'm sat down (apart from a headache, and feeling sick) but when I go to walk around I feel really weak. So I'll stay on the bed lol. :p

Well our cat is proving to be very useful while we are packing - not!! She has a thing for boxes and everytime i go to put something in a box shes either sat in it looking at me or asleep in it. Shes now got her own empty box, doesnt stop her wanting to get in the others tho!

Well I said it'd be a shock and it was! Here are the official Flabby Figures! 10st7lb- about 4lb more than I was expecting!
    Waist-30"
    Hips- 37"
    Bust-35"
    Thigh (I got curious!)-24"

This must change! It really doesn't help that OH is smaller than me everywhere but his chest, way to make me feel hideous! He really needs a good layer of fat on him to know what it feels like to not be perfect!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

oooh Dinah I do hope your kitty is ok! It sounds horrible :( I haven't felt well this weekend at all - Cin, didn't make it to any NT this weekend!! we were going to go to Sudbury then went to my grandparents instead, and then in kent we had to be there for 4pm so too late for NT really. We had an ok afternoon/eve though even though we both didn't feel too well.

I think I'm going to jump on the bandwagon a bit here by the way :)...

I Tink am going to make a concerted effort to loose 14llbs by September 30th 2009. Being of sound mind and slightly squishier than desired body I understand that this is only 1 1/4 llbs a week, and therefore I can still have the occassional treat, but chocolate is no longer acceptable as the first thing to pass my lips on a morning.

I'm thinking of joining this gym near me £40 for 6 weeks trial thing (for while I'm back from uni) but I don't know I'm too good at going to the gym really, I find it really boring!! I prefer to go with someone but seeing as Ive just signed up to lose a stone.. (the one I put on at uni dammit!) I think it would be a good idea, what do you think?

I just bought some shorts from ebay today (but grr I bought them in a bigger size!!) and hopefully I'm going to lose the stubborn weight! (all mine is on my hips and thighs :( ) but I did buy them with the money I made from selling things and using the best offer thing (and he had reduced them) I got them for £5.50 less than they were at first!! (still £19 inc postage eeek!) hopefully they wil be cute!
I'm just going to find a tape measure by the way and I'll try to post my measurements
    Bust : 32
    Hips : 37
    Thigh (lol Birdie!) : 21
    waist : 26

    Weight : 8st 6

(I'm not too sure I'm measuring right (I kinda hope I'm not with that hips measurement!!)

    Hello everyone

Haven't been around for a few days but was trying to catch up with the thread....but haven't succeeded!!!! Tomorrow is my last day at my old job and then I start the new one (that's an old one) on Wednesday. To be honest I'm just looking forward to reducing the stress levels a bit. I'm contracted for 4 days but looks like I'm going to have to do extra shifts cos we have a hole in the kitchen floor and another one brewing so doing the kitchen is going to be more than we thought. Things are a bit tense 'Chez Pilchard' ATM as OH's shifts have changed back to an old pattern, which is easier to understand and brings in more money (yay) but this is only for 2 months before they go back to the old pattern and drop the money again. Also his son is short of money so OH borrowed £2k to give him but now his son is saying it's not enough and he wants more.

Anyway, enough moaning. Over the weekend we went down south to my parents and on Friday OH was sorting some secret out with my niece (the niece that's going to New York with us). As he probably won't see her until then I am VERY suspicious that something will happen in New York  The plot thickens!!!!

    Anyway, hope everyone's ok xxx
Let's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:
